Global pet care packaging market 2015-2019

In a new report Technavio's analysts forecast the global pet care packaging market to grow at a CAGR of around 3% between 2015 and 2019. The market is witnessing an increase in consumer spending on premium pet care products. The flexible packaging segment accounted for close to half of the market share in 2014, and it is expected to generate a revenue of around US $ 5billion during the forecast period.
North America occupies around 39% of the market with increase in marketing and promotional activities by manufacturers, and increasing numbers of pet owners rewarding pets in human terms propelling the growth (Press Release Technavio, 17 September 2015).
