Five priorities HRM for 2015
Management consultancy CEB has published their view on the five priorities that HR management should chose for the year 2015. These include: attract and retain “enterprise contributors”, teach employees how to learn and not just what to learn, make the HR team more valuable and last but not least: don’t mistake high-performing employees for high-potential employees.
CEB also states that leading firms (…) use learning technology that help employees develop learning behaviors, and not just consume content. This approach doubles the number of employees with high learning capabilities, and makes it more likely that employees will be equipped for the new work environment.
