Report on Plastics Caps & Closures Conference

The 12th Plastics Caps and Closures Conference took place on 4-5 November in Nice, France. NVC presented a keynote lecture with the title: Opening future business innovations in caps & closures: the role of financing and education. The lecture addressed the role of financing and the importance of continuously educating and training your employees to create future business innovation in caps and closures.
A special NVC workshop involved the participants directly in the further development and financing via crowdfunding of a breakthrough-innovation in caps & closures: UberCap. This was based on the insights that have been developed in the NVC project Crowdfunding for Packaging Innovation CFPIN.
