Packaging Design in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Shenzhen

In preparation of their Study Tour Tai Nawi to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Shenzhen the participating students have published a preliminary report. The research theme of the study tour is "The comparison between Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and the Netherlands concerning the influences of societal aspects on industrial design."
One of the focus areas of the study tour is packaging design. The research is about how and why packaging in Asia differs, among other things, in size, shape materials, legislation, sustainability and design. Packaging trends and sustainable developments will be taken into account too. A few months after the study tour is completed, the final report will be published.
