NL: 41% of employees wants to study more often

According to Dutch employees, flexibility is an indispensable competence in the workplace this year. This is one of the results of the Education and Training Monitor (Opleidingsmonitor) 2015-2016, an annual study of the need for education of the Dutch workforce, carried out by NIDAP and Springest. 3,257 professionals participated in the study.
41 percent indicates the wish to receive education more than once a year to update their knowledge. The main reason for wanting education is acquiring or updating knowledge (53%). 18 percent thinks learning is mainly important for preserving his or her position on the labour market or to pursue a career (News Item Springest).
