Report on 2018 snack foods packaging and processing market

In May 2018 PMMI, the Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, published a research study providing an assessment of the 2018 snack foods market as it pertains to the packaging and processing industry. The main focus is on North America, the 2nd largest market with 33% share, behind Europe with 45% share. These largest markets have shown flat to slow growth in recent years. Fastest growing areas are mostly developing countries (LATAM & APAC). Savory snacks are growing at a greater rate than sweet snacks.
