CNE report about French packaging market

The French packaging market is estimated at €32 billion in 2015, equivalent to that of the French civil aviation industry. With nearly 152,000 jobs, the packaging industry, which is largely focused on agri-food products, is also significantly present in the cosmetics and pharmacy sectors.
In April 2018 the non-profit organization French Packaging Council (CNE) published a report about the French packaging industry. The report looks at the industry from 5 angles: 1) Employment and training, 2) Innovation in packaging, 3) Packaging, a sustainable and environmentally friendly industry, 4) Packaging, a sector of excellence and 5) Packaging oriented towards a true circular economy.
