Master Assignment: Improved PaperFoam PDM process

As part of his master assignment Pim Lemmens held a speech entitled ‘From circular to infinite: The establishment of a tailored packaging-product development method’ on 31 March 2016. Pim Lemmens performed his graduation assignment at NVC-member PaperFoam.
The goal of the research was to improve on PaperFoam’s packaging-product development method. Important aspects of packaging and product development, derived from literature research, formed the outlines of an improved packaging-product development method (PDM). A more generalised PDM was developed to make it more widely applicable for companies similar to PaperFoam (Website University of Twente, March 2016).
