Jury of De Gouden Noot 2014

The jury of Packaging Innovation Contest De Gouden Noot 2014 reflects the entire supply chain of packaged products and gives an integral jugdement on the level of innovation of the entries. Chairman of the jury is Prof. Onno Omta, professor Management of Innovation at Wageningen University and Research.

The judging process
The judging will take place in two rounds. In the first judging round, on 8 and 9 April 2014, ten entries will be selected that merit an award: the finalists. In the second judging round, on 10 September 2014, the jury decides which entries win the Bronzen (bronze), Zilveren (silver) or De Gouden (gold) Noot. In this round the submitter will be given the opportunity to present his/her entry in the presence of the jury.

Announcement of the winner
On 30 September 2014 the packaging that has won De Gouden Noot, the entry that has won the Zilveren (silver) and which has won the Bronzen (bronze) Noot will be announced. This will be done during the 10th NVC Packaging Innovation Dinner, in Holland Casino Utrecht. All finalists can be seen from 8 to 14 May 2014 at the North Entrance of the interpack in Düsseldorf and from 30 September to 3 October 2014 at the NVC stand near the central entrance to packaging exhibition Macropak 2014 in Utrecht. The jury decision concerning the winning packaging will only be published after 30 September 2014.
