Packaging is everywhere on Thursday 22 November 2018 in Amsterdam, where the packaging community will meet to experience groundbreaking innovations and discuss the reliability of business packaging information. With more than a hundred confirmed participants, it promises to be a high-profile and inspiring day for all involved, taking place in two breathtakingly beautiful adjacent locations: the A’DAM Tower and the EYE Film Museum.

AWARD CEREMONY 29th EDITION DE GOUDEN NOOT
Packaging innovation contest De Gouden Noot (“the Gold Walnut”) was first organised in 1958 and this is the 29th edition of what is now known as the world's most competitive packaging innovation contest. Real innovative power is needed to make it to one of the ten finalists and only one of these finalists will take home the final winner's trophy containing the solid gold walnut.
Join as well and meet the more than one hundred frontrunners in packaging innovation and enjoy the delicious three-course dinner, presenter Francesca Vanthielen, the inspiring music of JAZZtoConcern and the spectacular view of Amsterdam from the Loft on the 16th floor of the A'DAM Tower.

THE FUTURE OF BUSINESS PACKAGING INFORMATION
The reliability of business information in the packaging field is the special theme of this 65th NVC General Meeting of Members. What opportunities and threats does blockchain technology offer? On the basis of which interests or algorithms is packaging information made available? What effect will the new Deepfake software have on packaging news? When can information sources be trusted and when not?
