Global transparent barrier packaging film market 2016–2020

According to a new report by Technavio, the global transparent barrier packaging film market is expected to grow at a CAGR of close to 6% in 2016-2020. The top three revenue contributing product segments are the food industry, healthcare industry and consumer goods industry.
In the food industry the market was valued at more than $7 billion and is expected to grow at a CAGR of about 6% in 2020. In the healthcare industry the market was valued at more than $1 billion and is expected to grow at a CAGR of about 6%.
