Global plastic food container market 2017-2021

According to a new report by Technavio, the global plastic food container market is expected to grow at a CAGR of close to 5% during the forecast period, 2017-2021. The top three revenue contributing product segments are meat, dairy and bakery products.
The meat products application segment is projected to be the fastest-growing segment. The rising preference for frozen foods is anticipated to propel the demand during the forecast period.
