Update German translation NL Warenwetregeling Verpakkingen

An unauthorised German translation of the Dutch Commodities Act Packagings and Consumer Articles Regulation (Warenwetregeling verpakkingen en gebruiksartikelen) is already available, but on 1 January 2017 an important amendment of this regulation comes of force. Near the end of 2016 an updated version of the German translation was circulated, to make sure the translation matches the Packagings and Consumer Articles Regulation as it is valid from this date.
This document is meant purely as a documentation tool and the author does not assume any liability for its contents. The update of the unauthorised English translation will be circulated as soon as possible.
