Dutch project ‘From waste to resource’ for metal launched

Together with a number of partners the Dutch Koninklijke Metaalunie has started the project ‘From waste to resource’. The aim is to bring the circular economy a step closer. Koninklijke Metaalunie is the Royal Dutch Association for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) in the metal industry.
The project consists of a research and educational program aimed at closing the resource chain for three material streams (metal, organic and plastic). The goal is to model the circular economy, together with knowledge institutes, companies and the government by forcing high-quality reuse and finding solutions to reduce the environmental impact (Press.
