Employees like learning and need education

New research shows that employees are remarkably positive about working in the technological industry. About 83% of the employees see digitisation and robotisation as an opportunity and welcome these developments.
They think that technology makes their work more challenging and more fun. They also like learning and have a need for professional education and information. Over 90% of employees indicate that they feel responsible to keep up with the developments in their field. The participants in the research also expect support from their employer. The average employee does not exist, and there are no big differences between young and older generations (News Release FME, 31 January 2018).
