Age-proofing AI: Enabling an intergenerational workforce to benefit from AI
Generation is a global nonprofit network that supports people to achieve economic mobility and a better life. The organisation recently launched a survey (4.79 MB) to understand how midcareer and older workers are using and experiencing AI in the workplace. Two audiences are addressed - people age 45+ who work in entry and mid-level roles, and hiring managers who evaluate candidates for these roles - across a range of industries and company sizes.

The perception of AI in the workplace
Reeracoen and Rakuten Insight Global have jointly released their "Perception of AI in the Workplace" report, surveying over 400 professionals across 50 industries. The report (3.25 MB) examines generational perspectives on AI in professional settings. It aligns with Singapore's SG$ 1 billion investment plan under the Smart Nation 2.0 initiative to enhance Singapore’s AI capabilities and promote responsible adoption.

Firm-level adoption of AI and automation technologies: a case studies report
The Institute for the Future of Work (IFOW) has published a new report (5.67 MB) on the impact of AI on jobs – and notably the boundary conditions that have to be taken care of to ascertain that workers are willing to adopt the new technologies.

Dyslexic skills key to thriving in an AI-driven workforce, new report reveals
A new report by global charity Made By Dyslexia and Randstad suggests that the current workforce is not optimally equipped to meet the challenges of an AI-driven future. The new Intelligence 5.0 report (3.64 MB) reveals that the skills more found in dyslexic people — such as problem solving, creativity, adaptability and communication — are the most sought-after in every job sector across the globe.

10th anniversary report: Women in the workplace 2024
Despite progress in the workplace over the past decade, parity for all women is almost 50 years away, according to McKinsey’s Women in the Workplace 2024: The 10th anniversary report. At the current pace, it will take 22 years for white women to achieve leadership parity—and more than twice as long for women of colour. The report was developed in partnership with LeanIn.Org.

Latest report addresses digital transformation in blended learning environments
A report published by the European Expert Network on Economics of Education (EENEE) unpacks the significance of the digital dimension of blended learning in the changing landscape of European education. The report (3.36 MB) analyses the importance of promoting an equitable access to new technologies and providing an appropriate training of teachers and other educators in digital matters.
