ECHA: Top tips for the CLP 2015 deadline

ECHA Newsletter has gathered some frequently asked questions related to the CLP deadline to help you in your preparations.
The CLP Regulation requires hazardous chemicals to be classified, labelled and packaged appropriately before they are placed on the market. The regulation is based on the United Nations' Globally Harmonised System and replaces in a stepwise manner the previous legislation – the Dangerous Substances Directive and the Dangerous Preparations Directive (ECHA Newsletter, March 2015).
