The ‘quick wins’ of sustainable employee operationability

A recent VGZ-report describes the ‘quick wins’ of keeping the employees in the company operational in a sustainable manner. Aspects of the right strategy are: focus on keeping your own fate in hand, the changing role of the manager and the different tools to monitor the health and well-being.
A major element in the art of sustainable operationability is finding the right balance between work on the one hand and health, competence and motivation of the employee on the other. The same type of balance has to be found between de efforts by the employer and the responsibility that the employee takes for his or her health and operationability, according to the VGZ-report.
