ABN AMRO: Packaging print companies perform relatively well

One swallow doesn’t make a summer. Nevertheless, the fact that printing companies have so far achieved 1.3% growth in turnover in 2016 is remarkable. Says ABN AMRO in the Branch update – Printing Companies published on 22 September 2016. In the second quarter, the domestic turnover grew for the first time since 2007. The total amount of production this year will increase.
According to CBS there are 30 NL packaging printing companies. They are performing relatively well. The growth of paper packaging in shops and of e-commerce contribute to this. Therefore, packaging printing companies are positive about their performance. Growth is also possible in markets like China, India and Brazil.
