Involving patients in development of Smart Medical Packaging

The University of Twente has published the announcement of the presentation of the Master Thesis of Robin Vermeulen. His speech with the title ‘Participatory Design: Involving Patients in the development of Smart Medical Packaging’ is scheduled on 1 September 2016.
Robin did his graduation project at NVC member Nutricia Research. His thesis has a twofold result, combining the developed Smart Packaging solution with Participatory Design Guidelines. The solution delivers patients a tool for automatically keeping track of their diet, which offers objective insights and provides a possibility for finding relations between their diet and their health (Website University of Twente, August 2016).
