Nutrition and gluten labeling could see shake-up under FDA strategic plan

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a new strategic plan for food and nutrition over the next four years, including new initiatives related to food labeling and collaboration with industry on public health goals (FoodNavigator-USA, 4 May 2012).
