The growth of e-commerce has pushed retailers to rethink their business strategy. This has pushed the creation and evolution of omni-channel retailing. A document by Hybris software provides ten steps to transform your business for omni-channel success. It tackles steps such as the goal definition, personnel selection, technology platforms and engagement practices.
The document relies heavily on the fact that the digital age is dependent on two factors; technology and change. It states that companies must keep up with current technologies, as to adapt to its ever more mobile and online customer, whilst giving its own personnel and implemented changes serious attention.
